Weekly volume zones are based on the work of Renaissance Periodization (Dr. Mike Israetel). These are reference ranges for the general population, not individualized prescriptions. Your optimal volume may differ significantly.
Weight increase recommendations (BUMP/HOLD/DROP) are algorithmic suggestions based on your recent performance. They do not replace your personal judgment.
The Application may recommend deload periods when certain muscle groups exceed Maximum Recoverable Volume (MRV) for several consecutive weeks. This detection is automatic and not supervised by a professional.
The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence models (Groq, Llama, Qwen) to generate:

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Biometric information (weight, height, sex, date of birth) directly influences the Application's recommendations. Incorrect information may generate inappropriate or dangerous recommendations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activity on your account is presumed to be performed by you. In case of unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@onsetf.fitness.
The Application is intended for persons aged 16 and older. Minors aged 16 to 18 must obtain consent from their legal guardian. Use by persons under 16 is prohibited.
The Application offers:
Prices may change. Any changes will be communicated before renewal.
Payments are managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period unless previously disabled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. Onset Fitness does not directly manage refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Onset Fitness reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts in violation, without prior notice.

The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use (coaching based on the Application, reselling access, etc.) is prohibited without prior agreement.

Onset Fitness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be notified via the Application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Onset Fitness may suspend or revoke your access to the Application in case of:
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting contact@onsetf.fitness. Deletion will be effective within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution prior to any legal action. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Onset Fitness regarding the use of the Application.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Failure by Onset Fitness to exercise a right provided under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
